"I went to Louisville Endodontics to have two molars looked at for possible root canals, Dr. Cook made me feel welcome, at ease and it was a very pleasant experience. He started by checking to see where he needed to go with the dental procedure, whether it was going to be two cavity fillings, or a more extensive root canal procedure on both molars that were side by side. He started working on my teeth, I think within 10 minutes I fell asleep and when I finally woke up, he was completing his work on my two molars. To my surprise, he had completed a root canals on each one, and I wasn't even aware that anything took place. I suppose, I was so tired to even care about what was being done to my molars, but being put at ease prior to the dental work made the experience all the better. The staff was very pleasant from start to to finish, and I applaud Dr. Chris Cook on his expertise and years of experience. I definitely recommend anyone needing dental care to go to Louisville Endodontics for their care."

"Dr. Cook is honestly one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to. He was super kind and friendly, and I didn’t feel any pain at all. "This was my first root canal. I like others; had heard horrible stories about root canals. Dr. Cook explained all aspects of what was going to happen during my root canal. I had zero level of pain. The numbing shot didn’t even hurt. He kept me informed and engaged during the whole session. The whole procedure only lasted about one hour. He had typed instructions on what to do for follow up. I would recommend Dr. Cook to anyone; who needs a root canal. The staff was very helpful also. Professional and helpful and knowledgeable."

"I had excellent dental care at Louisville Endodontics when I needed a tooth root canal. The pretreatment evaluation was done concisely, my options were presented along with copay estimate, and I was given an early appointment for necessary treatment. The procedure was done with the tooth isolated above a rubber dam, which minimized involvement of the rest of my mouth. Dr. Cook is a master practitioner, and accomplished the work promptly without pain. He and his assistant Trina work together most effectively. "Dr. Christopher Cook performed a root canal on a major molar through an existing crown. I had developed an infection at the root. His office is beautiful and comfortable. His staff are all friendly and professional. He is a delightful personality and a skillful endodontist. Other than the sting of the two novocaine injections (which were negligible) the procedure was completely painless. I felt heavy vibrations at times and light vibrations at other times from the drills. But no pain. The actual procedure took about 45 minutes. My jaw was tired from opening, but not bad. If I ever need another root canal, he is my only choice."

"I cannot praise Dr. Cook and his lovely staff enough. Literally. I was so incredibly scared going in for this procedure after a horrific dental experience at a previous practice 5+ years ago, but it turned out there was no need for fear. He checked in with me the whole time and made sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on. Heck, I was laughing during my root canal! I felt pain only two times- the initial anesthetic shots (necessary), and a dull twinge, not even truly painful, as the Doctor was finishing up deep in my tooth. As soon as I indicated I felt anything, he was immediately hands-off and straight to giving more anesthetic, which worked like a charm. I can't describe how much it meant to be listened to, to be reassured, and taken seriously. For six days I was at a solid level 10 on the pain scale due to an absessed molar. Today, one day post procedure, I'm at about a 1.5/10.I absolutely would recommend Louisville Endodontics to anyone and everyone who needs a root canal. All of the staff here are friendly and knowledgeable, the Doctor knows exactly what he's doing, and they WILL listen to your concerns and do their best to leave you with a good experience.I'd give 10 stars if I could."

"The staff at Louisville Endodontics is very polite and helpful. They are willing to answer any questions you have and make you feel at home. This was my first visit to the office and i was nervous and tired due to i thought I needed two root canals. I only waited about 15 minutes before I saw Dr Cook who is very kind, honest, caring and gentle. Dr Cook solved the pain issues that I was having in a matter of minutes without having to do two root canal’s. This cost him quite a bit money and saved me plenty. "I would love a root canal, said no one ever, but IF you must have one done, cannot recommend this place enough. The staff is exceptional, the office is immaculate, and Dr. Chris Cook is a-maz-ing. I had the misfortune to break a tooth here while on vacation from VA. I had an idea that I would be in extreme pain for the rest of the 30 days we traveled. We are in a campground in Shepardsville and was fortunate enough to get an emergency appointment with a dental practice located right up the road. The dentist had to remove the broken portion of the tooth that was down to the nerve. He was kind enough to arrange an appointment that afternoon with this practice and was that was the only thing that kept this vacation from being a total bust. Can’t imagine going the rest of the time unable to eat, brush, sleep, anything without pain. These folks are the BEST and I would highly recommend them for this procedure. I can’t begin to thank them enough for all they did for me!!!!!"

"Would 110% recommend this practice if you are in need of endodontic care. The office had me scheduled for my root canal insanely fast (I called on a Monday and had an appointment on Wednesday). They also followed up with an approximate OOP (out of pocket) cost for the procedure after confirming my insurance information (yes, this office still accepts dental insurance!!). The staff was amazingly friendly and considerate, everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Cook himself. Dr. Cook was extremely personable and ensured I was comfortable and aware of the steps that would be taken. During the procedure, he checked numerous times to ensure I was hanging in there. The whole shebang lasted less than 1.5 hours, from new patient paperwork, waiting on my xrays to come through, and completing the procedure. It was an incredible experience. Well. As incredible as a root canal experience can be. Hopefully won't need additional work, but if I do, they'll be the first place I call."
"Dr. Cook has special equipment and the knowledge to help determine whether a specific tooth is what is causing you pain or not. In my case he determined that a tooth that I was ready to have a root canal on was not the cause of my pain. It is a very clean, relaxed environment, every single person working there is wonderful, and Dr. Cook is just the nicest and most caring man in the world, like a root canal angel sent from above. He is very careful when testing the tooth to reduce pain as much as possible (I had this done twice before there and a root canal was not necessary after those visits, but I was actually looking forward to going back), and the root canal itself was like a more interesting version of getting a filling, involving more steps and tools. I didn't feel a thing, and it took under an hour. Dr. Cook took quite a bit of time to talk to me, which was great since I do like to chat. I could tell that he cared a lot. "I contacted Louisville Endodontics after a dental nightmare surrounding one tooth. A replacement filling turned into a crown which resulted in constant paint that required ibuprofen 24/7. The office was able to get me in for a free consultation the very next day. Prior to my appointment, they contacted me to let me know how much the procedure would be if we moved forward. During my consultation, Dr. Gleis was extremely thorough and mentioned multiple times that she wanted to be sure without a doubt that I needed the root canal before we moved forward. After a few tests, she confirmed that I did in fact need a root canal that day due to my level of pain. She was able to squeeze me in that same afternoon for the procedure and I cannot thank her enough for that. During the root canal, she continuously checked in on me to make sure I wasn't in any pain and administered additional Novocaine when needed. She was extremely thorough, taking multiple x-rays to ensure everything was perfect. She explained in great detail how the procedure went and what my post-op treatment would be.
